Since this comic is based in Rhode Island or Southeast Mass, and “fresh” seafood is plentiful and really good, this is a MAJOR disappointment.
Right off the top of my head, they could have been eating: chowder and clam-cakes, fish and chips, stuffed quahogs, clam rolls, clam boil, RI calamari w/ peppers, fried scallops, fried shrimp, baked stuffed shrimp, LOBSTER…just to name a few.
