(Actually, I don’t know offhand if Lottie knows Mr. Finch at this point; in “Circus Windows” he says he’s been doing Lottie’s hair for eight years, and she’s still about 19 at that point, and Lottie’s still 11 or 12 at this point, so it’s around the same time? Still… even knowing that wouldn’t stop Lottie from giving her hair care tips, I’d think. That’s just Lottie.)
