I had a friend who actually did rock the suit of armor and tutu look for Halloween one year.
When I first saw this strip, I thought the alien abduction had commenced in the background. It took a while to remember the trampoline. It’s good that the NPCs are getting a go on it while the main characters are busy with the plot.
If Lottie had reached critical onion mass, their scheme might have worked. Then she;d be ready for the big finale:http://img0.joyreactor.com/pics/post/funny-pictures-onion-wedding-6947385.jpeg
I spent the night in the Brooklyn Navy Yards before it was shut down. Our barracks got robbed twice that night. Al Capone used to play right outside the gates when he was a child.
So making the kids eat onions non-stop wasn’t part of the master plan, after all? It was just something that Lem was doing on his own, to have fun? Well, I suppose he is a right good laugh, when you get to know him.

Maybe if they got a crane machine, it would dress up the play room.http://img0.joyreactor.com/pics/post/funny-pictures-onions-game-6322767.jpeg

Wait… the “parents” didn’t know? Is Lem the only culprit of the onions diet? Why Lem? WHY????

A suit of armor with a tutu is something you really see on the streets of NYC.

I was born in Brooklyn, and after we moved away, we would drive there to visit my grandparents (both sets) and other relatives every summer.
Suffice to say, Brooklyn was not considered cool or hip at the time. But Coney Island was awesome!

Lottie is reminding me of my favorite store. It is Forbidden Planet in New York. For a nerd, heaven on earth.
