Great…until you beat your knees up and need knee replacements. I no longer run with my (now) “bionic” knees.

Run as fast as you can, Father Time is nipping at your heels. Which is as it should be.

I ran full marathons for many years. I liked time alone with my thoughts. Time passed quickly while running. Amazing how much planning you do while alone like that.

I take long walks along the sea shore off season; it really clears things up.

I have a “bionic” shoulder, but not the knees yet. I agree with those who are promoting exercise to keep arthritis at bay. My knees aren’t great but are outlasting other parts because I walk and take stairs when I can. If I don’t get in a walk often enough my knees start to hurt and it’s harder to do stairs.
