Spud will be announcing their imminent death from starvation, or being eaten by North Atlantic Manta Rays, or being out in the sun without spf 50, or….
I like Henry’s art and get lost in the details like Sterling’s wall drawings. But it also leads me to see things like the 18May comic having the painter attached to a cleat on the dock and at the stern on the dinghy. Today the painter is attached to the piling and moves from stern (pre snap) to the bow post snap. But what a great way to be lost and wandering.

Wallace: “Greatest day of my life!”
Amelia: “Why did we have to bring Spud with?”
Spud: “I have dead fish in my pockets now.”
Sterling: “No, that’s me!”

One mile out and Amelia will have thrown Spud overboard. Wallace, in the meantime, has made friends with a sea serpent.

I’m impressed that he took the time to check before pronouncing them fine (and slightly less impressed with the quality of his rope).

Of course, it all goes wrong the second he looks away. Isn’t that always just how it is?
Can’t wait to see how Spud reacts to this.

At least Sterling is at home! So the marine life is safe… don’t need an extinction event at sea.
