The squirrels already know about the electronic bark . They have a spy in the tree ;-)

Not sure why there’s a squirrel in panel #3. Seemingly not imperative for driving the plot…

As long as a dog has a tree to pee on, a squirrel has a tree to hide from him in.

Its a more basic struggle than cats and dogs, really.

I think the squirrel in the tree is a spy, scouting for an attack on the speakers. Or, to be more specific, the speaker wires. They are good at chewing wires.

They better be careful if they’re buying “white van” speakers- they might not work…https://www.digitaltrends.com/home-theater/dont-be-a-sucker-the-white-van-speaker-scam-explained/

They didn’t just see the man behind the curtain, they took the stuff he had there.

Either the dogs are going to bark that squirrel out of his tree or their getting ready for an AC/DC concert.

I’d like to see the dogs get the upper hand on the squirrels just once…
