I KNOW that these comics are reruns, but I seem to remember that in the original comics, April, who I know will not yet be born in these classics, would spend her summers at her uncle’s farm. By “uncle,” I assume he was either John’s brother or Elly’s. My questions is: Is that brother Phil or someone else?

Pretty sure it isn’t Phil, must be John’s brother.

Well, this makes for a telegraphed (or would that be telephoned?) story arc for this week…

Arye Uygur - Elly has one brother named Phil. The brother your thinking of is actually John’s brother in Law, Danny, who is married to his sister Beverley. Who has a daughter named Laura. Where all three of them live on a farm.

These three are based off of Lynn’s real in laws, except the real Beverly (can’t remember real name at momment) had three daughters not one.

Phil never had a farm with horses that April worked on.

Thanks Ellisaana. I’m still here. I just have less time to be involved with comments these days, unless I just have to, like when Connie is acting the fool, or Elly is screaming nonstop for months on end, which strangely hasn’t happened in a long, long time. I wonder if these are all rewrites. Anyway. Good to see you too!
