while I’ve been to London myself, how bad is it in Hartlepool compared to London by means of danger (aside from Andy being there)?

@Number Three , Today’s strip is slightly funny , all our HERO Mr Andrew Capp cares about his pal Chalkie is that if Mr white spends all his hard earned cash on his trip to London , he won’t have enough left to keep Andy in beer :o) my avatar is of a clever kitten hiding by blending with the Golden Labrador pooch’s fur colour , how was your day in captivity? our Finally Friday should be busy but calm I hope aside from my Desk Top acting up :o( stay safe and consider the good advice given you by other commenters that since you love dogs you should get one and not worry about it dying , most small breeds live for more than 15 years , by that time you will be a 56 year old lady , BCNU pal.

Better ask Chalkie to advance you a few pints.

Jack should be the one to worry, no Chalkie, no income.

Andy is a friend in need. Indeed.

Maybe Andy should accompany his mate to London, just to make sure he comes to no harm and all that… Andy and Chalkie on their own, in London … What could possibly go wrong?

I think he’s more worried about the lack of funding while he’s gone.

If London is as expensive as people say it is then I certainly won’t be living there. I would go there for a day trip and that’s about it.

Has it ever been established what Chalkie does for a living? Whatever he does must pay well enough for a trip to London.
