This doesn’t appear to actually be a government license plate. Therefore, I would speculate that this might be some sort of demo vehicle owned by a provider of police fleet vehicles.

I don’t think it’s private security, ‘cause those generally only have flashing yellow lights, whereas this one appears to have yellow and red.

Tipp City, just north of Dayton, Ohio. A nice place but I wouldn’t want to live there. I hate SQUIRRELS!!!!

What is this, Flight Suit? Do only dumpy old ladies have black cats? I used to have a black cat. And I’m a hard-bodied young hunk. Or, I was when I had the black cat.

the people who say squirrels don’t hunt in packs have never been hunted by a pack of squirrels. One never escapes from that fate!

If mommy’s squirrel had cracked as many nuts as granny’s, then hers would be grey too.

I have three different breeds of squirrels that feed from the ground around my bird feeders and they are to selfish to share with each other let alone a pack.

Several years ago, I attended an Oasis concert at Madison Square Garden. Outside, there was a police car with the license plate “POLICE”. Not exactly subtle, but it got the message across.

I believe Flight Suit is correct re the police car. If it were an actual California police vehicle, it would have “Ca. Exempt” stamped across the upper left of the plate, not a normal sticker.
