To fit that much cash in that case, it would have to be in million-dollar bills, because you’d need 7,000 of them.

Make it a non-refundable deposit(bail), and yes, cash is acceptable.

Unusual for Trudeau to slip up on words. This judge must be new to both bar and bench if he uses noun (plea) for verb (plead).
