Hey Poncho can those cows pick the “Powerball” numbers ?

Or perhaps it’s not prescience. Perhaps it’s feeling the changes in the atmosphere.

My late ex-husband would check to see whether any cows were lying down, whenever we drove past a field.

His whole family believed it meant rain.

That was years before the internet.

I’ve asked other people, over the years, and they all said they’d never heard of that belief.

Now here it is… in “Pooch Cafe.”

I hadn’t thought of it in so long, I never thought to Google it…

Not till just now, anyway… and apparently, it’s not all that uncommon.

Who knew.

I’m thinking this is sort of a generational dream. Sort of like when someone says they’ll hit you so hard your Grand-kids will feel it. Go Rocky.

Seems to me that getting punched after you’re dead is the least of a cow’s problems in a slaughterhouse.

Cows are weird to do that. Most large prey animals like horses stay up even to sleep for a very good reason.

Did you know that it takes 600 cow hides to make footballs for one football season?? Sorry to mention football if you are missing it horribly.

I don’t get the point of the dream
