Oy…

Nancy, like so many comics characters, is more often than not shown in the same set of clothes.

Pee-wee Herman has been depicted as having a large clothes closet furnished entirely with exact copies of his trademark tightly-checkered suits.

And also like Nancy he is presented as a bratty, precocious child. But David Letterman has suggested that behind that Pee-wee persona lurks a manifestation of evil incarnate.

I wonder if he’d feel the same way about Nancy.

One Nancy. One wardrobe. Nancy put them all together and she feel alright.

Fritzi needs to be less gullable.

That’s quite a selection of outfits! How does Nancy choose what to wear???

In quarantine, my dirty clothes don’t pile up. I just wear the same thing every day. Every … single … day.

I don’t comment on here much because I’ve not enjoyed the new Nancy. I still read it because I have for nigh on to 60 years. With that said, every so often Ms Jaimes hits a home run. This is one of them.

Once this would have ended after panel 4, with a few hearts on the edges.

Poor Aunt Fritzi… Cruel, cruel, Nancy.
