Don’t live in a “Plan” with a hedge ;-)
Aerial view of my retirement community.
We have six ‘fence’ neighbors. Bought the house in January and didn’t notice.
I agree. Where I live (on one of the last actual farms in the township) used to be farms and very rural and now they keep building these tight clusters of huge houses on little teeny lots. Just don’t understand the appeal.
Nowadays, persona space is mandatory.

“No sense of personal space”. RJ must have met my mother.
I had an uncle that had a farm. I used to spend all my summers there as a kid. It was paradise to me, a city kid. It was so peaceful.
They’re courting disaster.
Never thought I’d live in a development like this, but quite a few years down the road and voila`. Here I am.
As this is an American community, shouldn’t those streets be in a rigidly controlled grid pattern and oriented north-south, east-west?
This one looks like it took a long time to draw. Impressive attention to detail with all the houses and properties …
