Yay! Grams here! She is honestly one of my favorite characters in the comic, so I’m glad to see her appearance. And a pie baking contest? Yes! She’ll win for sure! Unless the judge is insane…

There isn’t any justice in this modern world.

Unfortunately, the characters’ faces have been drawn too wide lately. Especially in their eyes; they’re simply drawn way too far apart, which makes them look out of focus.

Not quite the big twist we were hoping for, but still a good twist of events!

IF she wins, remember it’s just a comic strip. In real life there’s no justice.

The cake & pie contests were eliminated at my church…after the police were called for the 3rd time.

Guess I was wrong yesterday about it being a pie-throwing contest. Still, it seems like it’ll be quite an intense competition!

I feel like Nate’s grandparents have been a nice addition to the strip. Introducing new characters this late isn’t easy, but they slide in with the gang quite effortlessly.

Maybe this will end in a bodacious, Three Stooges style pie-fight?? Started by Uncle Ted, who shows up trying to mooch food-rides-games-more food $$$$ from his doting parents?
