Carey Elwese says in the making of Princess bride, the horse that Andre the giant rode in the last scenes would not let him approach to mount normally, so they had to lower andre onto his back with a winch. Rob reiner walked in as they were doing it and thought “This is what i do for a living?”

Next time try using a girth, the saddle will stay on better that way.
