Pickles aka Ketzl was a hardcore feet-attacker-thru-the-covers, but if I let her under the covers she’d curl up next to them & fall asleep & I’d have a wonderful footwarmer!
When Vlad (b/w) was a kitten, he would “attack” my tummy because of me breathing. I would pick him up, give him a kiss, and off the bed he went. Then I would hear him climbing up the side of the bed, and we would do it all over again for about 3 times. He’s been diagnosed with an aggressive rare form of cancer. Chemo would only extend his life a year, that’s how aggressive it is. He’s on meds (heart/steroids, no longer on thyroid) and though it’s a small reprieve, he’s acting like his old self. He’s been with me for thirteen years. I accept every day that I’m with him as a blessing, until the day comes when he joins the other guardians (my other kitties from the past). Sebastian doesn’t seem to be aware of anything different. Yet.

You pick up, love on for a minute and put down on the floor. Next time repeat and he may get the idea.

Riiiiight. We all know that the underside of bedcovers is the natural habitat of moles, don’t we, Mitts.
