Yup. I have the same experience as everyone else here – knowing it is shipped is not as exciting as it used to be because the time to deliver is about 3 times longer on average – which for those of use who live in small towns not next to a big city can be several weeks now.

That pretty much nails it. Of course some of us can’t even get the “your package has shipped” good news these days.

That was me yesterday. Knowing that I wasn’t going to run out of cat litter made bad news a little easier to deal with.

Good news!…your package has shipped. Bad news!….your delivery has been delayed. That’s what I get.

I’ve been getting the same thing lately. Once it’s shipped it seems to just fly away somewhere for a vacation while I sit at home waiting for it.

Better news. The package is free because it got shipped late.

My son ordered a desk chair from Amazon and it spent 4 days in Texas. 2 days after it was delivered, the tracking info still said it was in Texas.

Yes, the “package has shipped” is the high point of my day. Sometimes, of my week.

Small world … I’m expecting a package on Wednesday. It’s the little things that take us through life, isn’t it?
