When he tries that before feeding time, I just say, “It’s not time.” He knows.

My parrot flies to my shoulder, says “HUNGRY!” and sticks his beak in my ear to motivate me. I am well trained. :P

I have a cuckoo clock and my two girl dogs perk up at 8 a.m. and 5 a.m. That’s, of course, whe. I feed them!

only time my dog barks is when a stranger is walking down the street where we live. he will sit in the archway between the living room and kitchen to let me know he needs to go out or needs his food bowl filled. when i first adopted him he didn’t bark at all. i thought his vocal chords were cut. it wasn’t until some people came over to see him that when he saw them in our kitchen he barked at them….A shock for me!

I have little use for clocks, I know what the time is at least three times a day.
