I’ve a iMac and what I find annoying is being unable to play Blu-rays (and/or I think DVDs).

It would be interesting to see what this version of Peter would do if he saw today’s computers.

How many fans out there get this joke? Or is it a generational thing, i.e., do you need to be an Old Fart to get it?

Tells u how old this is. Now the statement should be “who has any floppy drive” (or CD)

now we have macs with no usb-a, no card reader, no separate external monitor plug, no dvd-drive. Just 2 USB-c’s and you have to get adapters for the rest.

Why are we running Halloween comics on Sept 1st? The comics are becoming a source like retail stores that promote holidays 3 months early.

Think a bit lower for the joke. Teenage boy, floppy, think euphemism.

I have one of the cartoon books with this one in it. They are a couple months ahead, aren’t they?

Now it’s like “I have no headphone jack”. I’m still grumpy (and on a 6s) over that.

ha, how quaint to think about when floppy drives were considered important. Nowadays I primarily use USB Flash drives or SD cards for external storage

That is a big reason why I decided against ever getting another Apple – I don’t need them taking away functionality. Yes, floppies were on the way out then, but I, and many others (including some of my professors at the time) still used them.

Now, of course, they’re mostly good for art projects.

I love this one. As well as Andy’s love affair with the iFruit when she actually gets one…
