Some don’t even use a live camera anymore; they just put up a stock picture of themselves. I guess it’s better in case you have to go to the bathroom or have other things going on.
I guess I’m just getting old, but most of my Zoom calls have been with my Dr.‘s. They’ve already seen more than my face so I don’t really worry about it :-)

I’m lucky my computer is old enough it doesn’t have a camera. I go on zoom and no one can see me!

Just say that the camera on your computer stopped working. That way, you don’t even have to get dressed for that meeting.
