Kale gets a bad reputation. It’s much tastier than most salad greens.

I like Kale, especially if it’s been destemmed and sauteed. With a little garlic and soy sauce, delish.

Yuck what a food for a diet. Try smaller portions for Pete’s sake and no snacking or desserts.

Weight varies up/down by 2-3 lbs depending on what you ate the day before and how fast your digestion has been for the past day or so. Clothing can also have a huge impact (in my case, it’s a 6-7 lb difference between fully dressed and just undergarments, thanks to shoes and all the stuff, including personal electronics, I keep in my pockets). You need to weigh yourself at approximately the same time every day, in the same state of dress (wearing as little as possible) and track a 3-5 day running average in order to have a meaningful number.
