Odie is correct. If you have no control of your dog, you are doing something wrong and need to learn to correct it. Cats on the other hand are a completely different subject.
“Dear ask a dog. My dog refuses to obey my commands.” Dog – “Bark, bark, woof, woof, arf.” Dog translation – “Who told you that dogs can understand the English language? French man, speak in French!”
Ever wonder why there are so many ‘Dog Obedience Schools’ around? Even in my small rural township, we have 2. Then, of course, there are ‘perimeter fences’, which work in conjunction with shock collars. OTOH, most professional trainers prefer positive re-enforcement, i.e., giving ‘treats’ for good behavior. Sometimes that even works for human kids!

So even dogs don’t want to obey commands? What happened? Did they take lessons from the cats?
