We used to do those in elementary school all the time in gym class. Can’t now because of arthritis, but I don’t remember them being that hard.

An accomplishment of a difficult task is still an accomplishment.

Used to call them squat thrust

Never knew that a burpee was a squat thrust. When did the name change? Great exercise, tho.

In high school, my friend Albert took great pride in being able to burp the alphabet. He’s an architect now.

I wonder if he used to be able to play songs using his hands and arm pits?

The best exercise is the curls. Simply pour preferred drink in a glass then curl it up to the lips
