At Netflix I rate movies I’d like to watch again some day at 4-5 stars, movies I liked one time but don’t want to watch again at 3 stars, and movies I didn’t like at 1-2 stars. As the pandemic has dragged on and no new movies are being made, I’m down to re-watching 2-star movies now.
Cable TV is sickening….out of 1000 channels I probably watch 10, at one time or another….and pay for the rest of the garbage shows…it’s insulting, disgusting and a huge American RIP OFF!
Huge improvement over the current streaming services! That many shows that are so close to interesting would be marvellous! Right now it’s that many shows I wouldn’t watch if they offered to pay me heavy cash and bonus gift packages.
I installed Prime Video last night and was disappointed to find that a lot of the shows that they say they carry are only available with a subscription to another streaming service. I may have been too hasty in cancelling Netflix.
I’d love to have a pay-for-channel system where we only pay for just the ones we do want…. no thousands of channels packages!! As it is I use the DISH program selector to eliminate the trash stuff from my program guide and only have to click through the ones I watch on a regular basis…. maybe 25 total. If it weren’t for wanting live sports, I’d quit DISH and go with Hulu and Sling. I love my Amazon Prime movies also.

3,000 channels and I’m paying for them all and most of them are infomercials, some even for lawyers.
