Last night I woke up from a nightmare that involved someone grabbing my feet under the covers and was starting to drag me out. No clue where that came from, but maybe my dog was sleeping on my ankles again. I just went back to sleep once I realized it was a dream.
No food, no liquid at least 4 hours before bed. And no screens for at least 2 hours before bed, except tv. Do these and you will sleep better. And have your workouts in the AM.
