I had a beta fish once. Great little guy. I put my finger in the bowl and he swam up and rubbed against it, like he was being petted. Anyway, one of my cats was fascinated and stared at him for long periods of time. The fish just stared back. One day, the cat was sitting on the top of the tank (as he sometimes did) and fell in. He never sat there again.

Buy a boatload of tuna and then teach it to use an electric can opener.

Clarence, you encouraged his natural hunter instincts by letting him hunt for his food.
Don’t they sell screens to put over the top of the tank?

And WHOSE fault is that, Clarence?

What if your cat starts attacking people?

Get a tank with fish that are big enough to intimidate the cat. Probably cost $30K, but will solve the problem.

This is a pretty good cat owner. He accepts his cat for what it is.

Covers, Clarence. You need covers on your tanks.
I have fish and cats, but the cats never eat the fish. Tank covers.
