I think he wears a cactus all the time. It isn’t long enough to be a beard but short enough to be prickly.

Not only that Senator, but I guarantee the Now You See Me Camo Company will be the lowest bidder.

Where’d he find jungle camouflage in the desert?

    Good Morning, Fellow Cave Dwellers.

A raptor in the hand is worth two in the bush.

    Good morning BC’ers.

But a raptor clamped onto your hand really smarts…

Good Morning Lonewolf, Gweedo, Grog and Everyone

He will discover it is the wrong camo. Anthony Hopkins did in A Bridge Too Far.

Now we know they are in Arizona. That is the only place in the world where you find Carnegia Gigantea better known as Giant Saguaro cactus.

I guess they must have removed all of them that I see in Mexico and Southern California.

Jefferydahn, I can’t say for Mexico, but I know any growing in California, New Mexico and other states were transplanted there before they banned the removal of them from Arizona or they were nursery raised saguaros, In fact I have an 18 inch one that was nursery raised, but they won’t be very large as it takes at least 75 years before they develop branches. They grow at the rate of one inch per year. I won’t try to tell you or anyone else that I’m an expert, but I have raised cacti as a hobby for over 35 years.

    Tsali Qieyi:

Suguaro are native to the Sonoran desert, which encompasses part of southeastern California. There is no magic shield at the AZ state line that native species are forbidden to cross. Not to mention the propagation by bird carried seeds.
