The one time I read-ended another car, the other driver was charged for failing to signal her stop. (Brake lights didn’t work.) Moral: always signal your stop, and CHECK YOUR BRAKE LIGHTS at least once a week! (I don’t see Broomie giving any signals.)
I have relatives who plan their day by reading the newspaper classified ads and making a note of which garage sales are being held in their part of the city.

Some friends off mine had a bumper sticker that read something to the effect: “caution’ this car stops at all yard sales.”
