    True story (I wonder why I had to qualify that): When I was a kid, in the 1940’s, I had to have a tooth pulled and the dentist office was on the second floor. He was having trouble getting the tooth out. He worked on it for a while and then said " that son of a bi*ch has got to come out." All of a sudden it did and out through the window went my tooth with the “Pliers” attached. Fortunately the window was open and I know the tool is not called pliers but I don’t know what the actual name is/was back then.

    once my wiggly tooth would not come out after a month. So my mom took me to the dentist and when the dentist saw it she said to wait longer. eventually it DID come out
