    You could just put one bottle at a time into the refrigerator. At least, that way they won’t be stolen by the neighborhood kids.

    Ha. Our first winter in the house the power was out for a week. Dug a snow banking out and turned it into the fridge so we could have milk and all the important stuff.

    Worked out surprisingly well.

    Then we got a hard wired stand by generator.

    My cousins do that with their beer and vodka and other spirits in Saskatchewan. They use the drift that piles up near their house and first pound in 6 inch PVC tubes about 8 inches in length to keep the bottles from touching the ice. Works all snow season.
