An outdoor nut dispenser? Was that a thing?

I recall seeing an in-the-shell pistachio dispenser in my town in the 1960s.

Growing up, I remember always making sure we had change for the gum ball machines.

Probably becuse there were gumball machines

Making best of a bad situation. Greedy little beggar isn’t he?

But I do remember my first gumball—a black one !!

In the first panel, Nancy says “Be careful.” If you can’t be careful, be lucky.

It seems likes he would eating some glass too
