There are so many lies in this cartoon that I hardly know where to begin.
For one, that degrading caricature of a black person: Blacks have been made slaves and bullied in this country since the early 1600s in Jamestown.
For another, coal jobs are disappearing because of new cleaner energy sources and mining automation technology that renders all those miners with pick and shovel unnecessary, not because of any “liberal” policies. Coal mining jobs have been disappearing under Trump and will continue to do so whoever is elected in November.
No one is calling for the “cancel” of George Washington or for the burning of charter schools.
Well, Payne has got Trump’s emotional age more or less correct, grade school. But, given that he hasn’t got the meme of the week yet (Pelosi’s hair), one can only assume that he is even out of the RW loop…
I admit that I didn’t know much about Biden when he was nominated. I wanted Warren. So, I’ve watched interviews and researched. He is intelligent, well informed, dedicated and decent. Even without the other characteristics, I would just settle for decent. Is it too much to ask that we have a president that is a moral person, not one who has cheated on everyone and everything to the point where his entire life is a blur of dishonesty? I would really like to have a President who I’m not ashamed of.
