Looks like the Realtor will have a beef with the seller.

Well……Ok………I guess no one has actually defined how big an “open range” is……………

It’s all ready to moooove in!

Here’s the deal. The county I live in is the last all open range one in California and, yes, if you want the livestock to stay out of your yard, then you better build a strong fence. Yee-haw!
