One day, while sitting in traffic, again, and getting angry at the idiots on the road, I suddenly realised, that it was up to me to decide if I want to be angry or not. It’s my choice.
I have heard that in Japan, the big companies will start the work-day, or maybe finish the work-day, with ten or fifteenth minutes of screaming. I guess it is to relieve you of your frustrations and anger.
