I thought it was calisthenics cause you usually have to jump up and down vigorously to get your pants pulled up to your waist. And then twist from side to side to pull your belt up tight enough to hit the first hole.

I usually start that sitting on the edge of the bed. Losing my balance won’t hurt as much as it would from a standing start.
