Had a healthy dinner last night: banana, nuts, dairy, pineapple, goat milk caramel, chocolate syrup made with dehydrated organic cane juice. Actually, only my wife had pineapple on her banana split.
Veggies are what Food™ eats. :D :D :D Seriously, though, the only reason I’m not a vegetarian is because my body has an unfortunate genetic defect: it can’t synthesise Vitamin B12.
while I appreciate a good vegetarian stew (especially now that my hubby is vegetarian), if there’s neither seafood nor chicken in it, it ain’t “Seafood and Chicken” Gumbo.
