Turtles are supposed to spend their time in water. Raccoons spend a fair amount of time in or at least near water. Squirrels… not so much.

Hammy ain’t gonna survive in that water.

My sister has over a hundred box turtles of different sizes and ages I her back yard and they don’t spend a lot of time in water. Just to kind of wash and get drinks. They will be going underground here pretty ll
