You’re perfect as you are, Todd! Just ask anybody: (dietician, model, physician, dentist…) Nowadays, candy-spitting is much more frightening than fire-breathing!

Reminds me of the little swamp dragons in Terry Pratchett’s Discworld. He had hilarious descriptions of how they were always sickly and wheezing, and one wrong sneeze would make them explode, leaving you to find dragon parts splattered all over the place.

I suppose I can understand where he’s coming from a bit, though. Dragons are typically seen as these big intimidating beasts…and Todd is anything but that. So what we’d need to do, then, is show Todd he doesn’t need to play into stereotypes to be great. :)

Besides, according to Ozy and Millie, firebreath is environmental, not hereditary. ;)

I know there aren’t that many knights in shining armor around any more, but I have to think there will be fewer threats to the life of a candy-breathing dragon than a fire-breathing one.

Judge me by my size do you? And where you should not. Todd probably just needs some more limestone in his diet for full 3 panel incinerating dragon blast. formula: crushed limestone + stomach acid (very high in a candy breather) apply tiniest amount of spark = FWOOOOOOAM
