I expect that Mr. Hinds will be adding NASCAR to this thread. This years champion, Chase Elliott, became champion by winning the final race, despite starting from the back of the grid – because he failed the inspection TWICE!?! The TV coverage did not mention whether his car was ever brought back to specs; but I suspect not, as it was clearly the fastest in the field.
Meanwhile, a certain HOF manager, who was hired by a team in Chicago, was pulled over for suspected drunk driving. Said individual once fell asleep at the wheel while stopped at an intersection while he was employed by a team in St. Louis. Oh, said individual was one of, if not, the biggest enablers for HGH/steroid users. while Cora should not be condoned for his actions, I simply don’t understand why this other person to whom I refer, still has a job. Drunk driving is far more serious an offense than cheating in baseball, or football.

Cora promised that he was now older and wiser. He vowed that he now knew how to cheat and never get caught.

If you ain’t cheatin’ you ain’t tryin’ . Isn’t that the way it goes?

So, what exactly does that mean?

Alex Cora should be banned from baseball, and the Astros should be stripped of their title.

Some Americans will do anything to win! They certainly have a fitting role model in the current resident of 1600 Penn. Ave.

It’s always been said that baseball is a very traditional sport. I decided long ago that its only tradition is cheating.

It’s only cheating if you are caught.

Cheating is bad, then?
I know. Let’s ask Rudy.

Any team not actively attempting to steal signs isn’t playing the game.
