Hearts’ father was an actor who quickly abandoned his family to follow his “star”. Heart, like a lot of abandoned children wants to find the parent who left her.

Daddy issues? Been there.

And this is why I enjoy Steenz’s interpretation of the title. She treats the characters as actual characters instead of comedic props.
