One time I got up so early Christmas morning when I was a kid my dad got up to investigate what he thought was a burglar downstairs. He did not find a burglar but me opening my Christmas stocking. I had the light that was on the piano shining on my stocking that rested on the piano bench. Needless to say my dad was not amused.
Our children had a plan of action and set their alarms for five 5am Christmas morning and during the night we reset their clocks and turned them back 2 hours.
