It’s Bill’s last regular, who wants to file a complaint about Aquarius suggesting that the customer be given less dope than s/he has paid for. Since the there is no complaint department, in addition to no training manual, the customer is taking it into his own very large hands.

That mutant with the balloons needs to mind his own biz.

This will seem far fetched but Dollar Bill gets disposed of and Pouch and whoever that is in the shadow cover him with snow. Dollar Bill gets transformed into Snow Bill. Kids playing the park or people walking their dogs or couples strolling together discover the remains when the snow melts. The dollar sticking out of his headband is going to be a dead giveaway (no pun intended again but I couldn’t help myself)

Looks like the end of the line for dollar bill.

Now, what you’re seeing here is a clear example of what Adam Smith referred to as the “invisible hand” of the marketplace.

I think “Dollar Bill” just cashed it in.
