When a comic strip starts to deal with a serious situation.

I hope Kat isn’t going to be one of those people who are too vain to wear glasses.

I like the new look of this strip, but I wish the artist would fix their noses. They look like they were pasted on.

Poor attempt to save, should have just gone with an “Oops, didn’t look.” I’ll give her an ‘E’ for effort with her ‘cutting back on sugar’ but it really screams that she’s either functionally illiterate (although even some of them could have gotten the sugar even if they can’t read a novel) or needs glasses.

If you feel embarrased to uses glasses, maybe you can use contact lents.

Glasses aren’t the end of the world. Though, as a teenager, it might seem so.

Let’s hope she can use contact lenses, it just doesn’t work out for some people.

If she said phew, she must have had it happen to her multiple times (Not during the story arc started) and is trying to keep it a secret.

Just like in Piggy at the end of the distorted chapter when george escaped the house, his eyes turned red like an infected, he said “Not now!”

Even though the cupboard was blurred, I could still pretty clearly tell which bag read “sugar”.

Is not wanting glasses still a thing? I go ‘way back to when glasses were UGLY nerdy, girls’ and boys’ both, but I got them because I couldn’t see the blackboard. ¯\(ツ)/¯
