Not really been an issue around here for at least the last generation. Kids have been wearing shorts year-round here, in weather conditions that are NOT conducive to light weight clothing, for long enough that now there are adults up to 30’s who still walk around in shorts. To have not even learned that much over that length of time is remarkable. Is frostbite going to have to enjoy a resurgence for people to learn to keep their skin covered in sub-freezing temperatures?
I keep a few outfits around here for my grandson. I don’t care how big or oversized it is when I bought it, they almost never fit. Thank God for thrift stores. a hoodie a few tshirts and sweat pants. Just wait till he’s 9.
