She can always be a VERY bad example.

Reminds me of the comment I made 2 days ago.

She’s got a weak stomach.

Those things aren’t for everybody. Gratitude journals require a specific kind of personality. Otherwise it just comes off as pretentious. Especially if you use pretentious phrasings like “I feel blessed for the gifts life has granted me” or stuff like that.

And they’re back!

Not really, no.

On the rare occasions when I need to be reminded of my blessings, I exercise my imagination: If we live long enough, there is a good chance we will end up alone in a hospice, wishing for just one more hour in our favorite room, chair, or whatever. Then I go to that room or chair, and enjoy that hour as if it were my last.

I admit I’m confused about this ‘toon. Her name is Alex, bad hair do, no shape! Is Alex a man or woman?

Her husband needs a workshop to hide out in. Too much exposure to Alex has got to be toxic.

What has happened with this comic? It used to be pretty good, but it’s been blah for at least six months now. Today’s strip isn’t helping either.

I’m grateful I don’t keep a “gratitude journal”….
