If thereâs a show, âAsk a Humanâ, where pets can write in with their questions, one might be, âhow come my human never does anything heroic?â
My dog has been very heroic this past year. No complaints when every member of the family walked him several times a day. No complaints about lack of sleep as bored kids played with him. No complaints about all the treats he has been given. But, most of all, no complaints about all the love he gave us.

Because the dog knows the difference between heroism and stupidity?
CarmineBazile about 4 years ago

I actually tried that. Turn out, my wife didnât understand what my dog was saying when he went back to the house! (Or did sheâŠ)

In order for there to be a hero, there must be a calamity.
