In the evenings I call it getting tired. The rest of the day I call it “My bed calling me back”.

My cat woke me up at 4am, So Yawn, I’m going back to bed.

I call it the adjective “sleepy”

It reminds me of the time Garfield slept through Monday and woke up Tuesday.

And I call it “Naps”.
