Arrgh! Someone stole the pointing hand that goes with it.

Any other way but that….

Guy in Dutchess County NY argued with the authorities about having to name his (private) road (E-911 was being implemented). He said it didn’t need a name they said it did and he would face a fine if not named (his road his choice). So now we have Knotta Road (private).

To the tune of “My Favorite Things” from The Sound of Music:

“This way or that way or which way or what way

My way or your way or their way or our way

Which way to go when we must make a choice

There are some times when I just lose my voice."

Well it’s better to be there than be on the corner of WALK and DONT WALK!

But the flashing lights give you a hint when to walk!

“This way”, “That way”, and “No Way” all part of the new infrastructure bill.

There is a road sign in Madrid New Mexico “Back Road”.

I hate those communities that think it’s funny to have an Oak Street, Oak Court, Oak Drive, Oak Road, Oak Circle, Oak Avenue AND Oak Parkway.

Check out Lake Jackson, Texas. Several streets named thusly. There is actually an intersection of This Way and That Way.

Amarillo, Texas has a street named “Nevermind”.

Richmond VA has a street named Boulevard. Norfolk has a street named Easy. Easy Street is a residential street. I lived on Lucille Ave, just east of the intersection of Ethel Ave.

In Nova Scotia, near where I live, there’s three streets named This Street, That Street, and The Other Street.
