My Dad was old school. He never did any child rearing with exception to discipline. When he was 97 and very ill I visited him in convalescence and the nurse asked me to help her change his diaper. I did. Later I called my Mom and asked if Dad ever changed my diaper. She laughed and said “God no!” I replied, “Then he owes me one”
