Any minute now, Lew will either sing, “Hush, hush. Voices carry,” or “Hush, hush. Thought I heard her calling my name.”

I haven’t seen it in a dryer, but they DO put heavy block weights in a washing machine to keep it from flying around your laundry room when it’s in the spin cycle… ;-)

Well, at least the dryer is still intact. For today, anyway…..

They should have knocked on the door first to see if Slim was awake before they got it out of the truck.

So what went “crunch” when Lew was backing up yesterday?

I recently bought a dryer, and when the delivery guys showed up I said, “This will break your hearts, but it’s a ground floor laundry right off the garage.”

At least the guy in the last panel didn’t say “Hush, Sidney” this time.
